Decorating Your Home with Fashion this Holiday Season

It is no secret that we Filipino love to decorate our homes according to the time of the year. When it’s Valentines Day, we put hearts every where, when it’s Palm Sunday we put palms in our doors and windows, and when it is the Holiday Season we put up our Christmas Trees in one corner of our homes as well as the Christmas lights and Christmas Decors.

For us, we put up our Christmas tree as early as September 1st. We put Christmas decors such as the Christmas wreath by our main door, and the Christmas lights goes out to our natural trees standing outside our home and of course who will forget the Christmas stockings (which the kids will always put beside the chimney) and the mistletoe to have a perfect decoration for the Holiday Season.

  1. In America’s Historic Triangle, old holiday traditions take on a new twist. Your senses will delight with decorated historic houses, seasonal music and sparking lights, jingling bells on horse-drawn carriages, and the echoing sounds of marching fifes and drums. For a new perspective on Christmas, learn about the holiday season through a Jamestown settler, battle-weary Revolutionary War soldier, or even a colonial farmer.
