Top Gear PH

Tried my luck in sending this photo to Top Gear PH Facebook page last year and I am glad that it is one worthy photo to be posted on their page.

This is not mine, this is my Father’s monster car (which I fondly call it). The sticker Maldito is a sticker given by my brother’s friend and we have a lot of it posted in our cars. All of my brother’s friends had it at the back of their pick-up trucks.

If you will find this photo in Top Gear PH’s Facebook Page you’d probably say that I am one tough lady because I managed to not cry over some hurtful comments posted by other netizens on the photo. Some even thought that I am a transgender. Oh well, you can’t please everybody and just because I have long legs and muscled arms (as what other netizens have noticed) made them think that I am a man. But then again, Thank You TOP GEAR PH for making me famous! just for one day! hahaha

What to Consider When Buying Cookware

Are you in the process of buying new cookware for your home? With a wide range of cookware brands, materials, and prices, it can be hard to know where to start. The following details just a few of the key advantages of stainless steel cookware.

Stainless steel is one of the toughest materials used for cookware. It is very unlikely that steel cookware will rust, chip, stain, dent, or scratch, which means that it holds up well with extensive cooking. Most stainless steel is easy to clean and is dishwasher and refrigerator safe.

Heat transfer capacity
High end stainless steel features a copper or aluminum base to maximize heat transfer, guaranteeing that food cooks evenly. You’ll be hard pressed to find other pots and pans that rival the heat transfer capacity of stainless steel.

Flavor preservation
Stainless steel doesn’t leak any metallic properties into food, which means that the pans won’t have an effect on the taste of the food. Typically stainless steel boasts a non-stick, protective coating that prevents the steel from coming off into the food.

Stainless steel has a minimalist modern appearance that many people find pleasing. All you need to do is gently rub or wipe it clean to keep it looking brand new.

If you cook lots of meals from scratch, stainless steel is a great choice for your cookware. It comes at a hefty price but will be well worth every dollar that you spend.

Bebeng’s Kitchen ROCKS!

I have been following and reading Bebengisms for so long already that it is safe to say that I am Bebeng’s stalker for more than 2 years now. I learned about her blog when she hosted so many fun giveaways for moms like me. I am her constant follower and I super love her everyday musings and posts in her instagram account. I learned that she had finally found her way to baking and cooking sweet delicacies and notorious side dishes, so I ordered when I had the chance.

When these jars full of love arrived at my doorstep I cannot wait but try it out. Oh my, Bagoong Alamang is simply perfect for Indian Mangoes and roasted bell peppers! My brother fell in love with the Chili Garlic Sauce that he simply add up as an ingredient to his fried rice. The boyfriend also loved the Chili Garlic Sauce including some of his colleagues.

And after seeing these photos, I know that you are drooling already so head on to Bebeng’s Kitchen FB page and order yours now! Oh by the way, I am in BUKIDNON, I am just saying that wherever you are, Bebeng’s Savory Sidekicks will be delivered to you doorstep anywhere in the PHILIPPINES, as long as the courier can.
