THE LADY BEHIND THE DERMCARE VISION
In the late 1980s, Zenaida E. Palisoc, the enterprising and visionary businesswoman with years of experience in the wellness and beauty industry, launched her first Dermcare shop, selling various dermatologic-tested products. Until the 90s, many clients were so sold in her products that she decided to try a new selling concept, transforming her salon into a total health, beauty and wellness center to serve a more diverse market. Ever since, Palisoc says, she never gets tired of researching better ways, modern techniques and innovating organic beauty ingredients tested by trusted chemists to come up with perfect regimens for her clients, adding that, “My Dermcare story is a story of success and commitment to provide consumers with top-of-the-line beauty products and services at superior value.”
Situated mostly in prestigious high-traffic malls nationwide, Palisoc emphasizes that, “As a professionally managed organization, we are committed to provide only the best to the public as we continuously find ways to improve our services by embracing more innovation.”
Dermcare offers facials and luxurious spa treatments that stimulates the body’s own healing process plus lavish body scrubs and signature skin and body treatments – each delightful to make clients feel good all over. She claims that Dermcare is now proud to offer one of its transforming cosmetic skin services that will result in much fresher and youthful looking skin. “As a total center for wellness and beauty, we also have specialized services for hair and other dermatological needs provided by duly-license physicians and therapists.” Palisoc adds.
Not to forget that all of Dermcare’s clinics and spas are manned by trained and certified therapists with over 15 years of combined experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Ms. Palisoc, President and CEO is a licensed beauty therapist from the Confederation of International Beauty Therapists and Cosmetologists (CIBTAC) of London. She is also a DOH-licensed massage therapist herself. As a seal of good business sense, she is armed with a Master in Entrepreneurship degree from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business where she graduated gold medalist recently.
Like other big-business companies with a vision and progressive outlook, Dermcare is not only out to provide better and quality services to its clients – it also supports the education of some college students through its JLP Scholarship Foundation, which Palisoc formed and named after her late husband Joselito Palisoc. She says Dermcare supports the foundation by allocating a substantial portion of its income to student-beneficiaries who are enrolled in various universities in the country. As she has probably reached her dream so far, it is time, she says, to share her blessings to those who need help. “My scholars have become my passion now. Their success is also my pride. The more I can provide help, the more I feel blessed.” She concludes.
